Seafood noodles is a famous dish in Pingtan and a must try for tourists.

First, fry fresh seafood such as oysters, squid and shrimp, along with some mushroom, pork, Chinese cabbage and carrot. Then boil the mixture with green bean noodles. The noodles, seafood and vegetables are sunk in the soup, highlighting its umami flavor.
