Preess Resort & Hotel is invested with 600 million yuan ($96.63 million) by Hunan Press Group. It is located on Wangcheng Preess Avenue, within the third circulation line of the city, 12km from the new site of municipal government. It is next to Jinxing Avenue on the east, which leads to downtown.
