Tianxin Environment Protection Industrial Park

Hunan Tianxin Environment Protection Industrial Park is a provincial industrial park approved by Hunan Provincial People's Government in 2002. It is located in the Xianfeng Village – Xinlu Village area of Datuo Town of Tianxin District in the south of Changsha, a core area of building Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Two-Type Society. It is along both sides of Shaoshan Road betweenHuoxing Avenue to the south and 3rd Ring Road to the North and covers an area of 5.83 square kilometers. It is one of the major industrial development bases in Changsha and a critical project of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Economic Integration.

The Park is intended to develop headquarters economy industry, building economy industry, environment industry, commercial economy industry and high-tech industry. As of today there are four national companies located in the Park with 34 projects introduced and total investment reaches Rmb 10 billion, in which 3 being comprehensive projects, 26 being industrial projects and 5 being commercial projects. The Park has accomplished regional investment of about Rmb 1.6 billion to improve infrastructure and construction of introduced projects.

Traffic network in the Park is almost completed and auxiliary utilities including water, electricity, gas and communication are available. The Park is mainly focusing on construction of 1 Belt (new type hi-tech industrial belt), 1 Ring (international commercial and logistics ring centered by Zhongxin New City), 1 Park (headquarters economy park centered byZhongxin Digital City) and 1 Base (Photovoltaic industrial base on the platform of CETC 48).
