Hunan Liuyang Manufacturing Industry Base

Commanding Headquarters of Hunan Liuyang Manufacturing Industry Base was founded in Yongan Town officially on March 28, 2003. To realize resource sharing, complementary advantages and mutual development of the Base and Yongan Town, Hunan Liuyang Manufacturing Base Management Committee was established on March 18, 2005 and a new type of government affair administrational system was set up. After four years of development, three vertical and three horizontal highways within the 5 square kilometers of Phase I have been built, water and electricity are supplied, greening and illumination are of the preliminary level. The Base was appointed provincial level park area in April 2006.

Since establishment, LMIB insists on the concepts of high start point planning and high speed construction, so as to realize the integration of industrial construction and urban construction; the sincere service concept so as to build a modern industrial park with best efficiency, best service and best environment; the modern human concept so as to improve living environment and advocate modern industrial civilization; the people-oriented concept so as to rationally coordinate conflicts during the transfer from agricultural society to industrial society. After four years of construction, for major backbone industries of engineering machinery, automobile spare parts, metal materials and cigarette auxiliaries are formed here and 34 companies have put into production, 16 companies are being built. Number of scale enterprises in LIMB has reached 53, including 10 with output value exceeding Rmb 100 million. Critical projects with investment of Rmb 100 million are introduced here, including Zhaoshan Cement, China Tobacco, Liuyanghe Winery Base and etc. and a group of advanced products and technologies are developed here and comprehensive economic strength of LIMB is increasing year by year.
