Dadao Noodles (大刀面/Da Dao Mian), literally translated as "big knife noodle", can be traced back to more than 200 years. It gets the name for the knife that used to cut the noodles, a blade one meter long and 16.67 centimeters wide. Eaten with toppings and garnishes, the noodles taste delicious.
