One of Hainans most traditional snacks would be the unusually made radish cake. Made with sticky rice milk and white radish, this cake is either steamed or fried, evenly sprinkled with green onion, shrimp, or pork. Complete with green onion and sesame oil, this radish cake will be the one food you will never forget.
