Guide: Registration procedures at finance department for foreign-funded enterprises

Conditions of permit:

The conditions apply to all foreign-funded enterprises that get approval from Yantai Municipal Commercial Affairs Bureau and registered at the city's industry and commerce bureau.

Application materials:

Materials required include a copy of the approval certificate from the Yantai Municipal Commercial Affairs Bureau and the original and photocopy of the company's industrial and commercial business license.

Approval procedures:

1. Application received

2. Examine and verify application

3. Issue Foreign-funded Enterprise Financial Registration Certificate

Approval period:

The entire approval procedures will be completed within three days, if the materials required are well-prepared.

Yantai Municipal Finance Bureau (No 2 Fuhou Road, Laishan district, Yantai. Take Bus No 7, No 23, No 52, or No 62 and get off at the Sport Park station.)
