Landmark buildings of Shenzhen

Located on Shennan East Road, an area often described as the “financial district” of Shenzhen, KingKey100 belongs to Shenzhen's Luohu district. The mixed-function building rises 441.8 meters and contains 100 floors for office space; it also houses the St. Regis Hotel. It is currently the second tallest building in Shenzhen and the 14th tallest in the world.

Ping An International Finance Center (also known as the Ping An IFC) is a 115-story mega-tall skyscraper in Shenzhen. The building was commissioned by Ping An Insurance and designed by the American architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. It was completed in 2017 to become the 4th tallest building in the world.

The Hong Kong–Shenzhen Western Corridor, colloquially known in Shenzhen as Shenzhen Bay Bridge, is a 5.5-kilometer dual three-lane carriageway connecting Hong Kong to Nanshan, Shenzhen. 

Shenzhen Bay Sports Center is a multi-function stadium in Shenzhen used mostly for table tennis, swimming and football competitions. The stadium is known for hosting the opening ceremony and numerous competitions of the 2011 Summer Universiade. It has a capacity of 20,000 spectators and the arena has room for a further 13,000. The Sports Center also hosts regular concerts.

Shenzhen North Railway Station is one of the four large intercity railway stations in Shenzhen and is located in the city’s Longhua and Bao'an districts. With 11 platforms and 20 lines, it is an interchange station between the Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong Express Rail Link, the Hangzhou–Fuzhou–Shenzhen High-Speed Railway, the future Maoming-Shenzhen High-Speed Railway and Shenzhen Metro lines 4, 5 and 6. Construction started in 2007 and was completed in June 2011.

Shenzhen Universiade Sports Center is a multi-function complex in Longgang, Shenzhen. Completed in 2011, it is used mostly for association football and athletics competitions. It hosted some events of the 2011 Summer Universiade.

The stadium has a capacity of 60,334. The arena has capacity for 18,000, and the aquatic center can accommodate an additional 3,000.
