Shanxi lures visitors at Beijing expo

Shanxi province promoted its summer tourism at the Beijing International Tourism Expo 2019, held in the Chinese capital between June 18 and 20. 

Featuring exhibits on its ancient civilization and excellent scenery, the exhibition area for Shanxi province consisted of three parts – image demonstrations, interactions and business negotiations. 

Tourism departments, companies and tourist attractions from 11 cities in Shanxi province presented and promoted its policies, products and services at the expo to attract more visitors. 

More than 20 kinds of intangible cultural heritage items from the province were shown to visitors.
