Classic, vintage cars leave China through Ereenhot port

Over 200 motoring enthusiasts from around the world drive their classic and vintage cars through Ereenhot land port in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region on June 4. According to the local media, the 36-day "Peking to Paris" motor rally the drivers were participating in -- considered one of the world's toughest motoring challenges -- stretches about 13,000 km and covers more than 10 countries and regions, through the Asian continent and on to western Europe, taking in such sights on the way as the harsh Gobi desert and the wide expanse of Siberia.
