Shenzhen MSU-BIT University 

Established in October 2016, Shenzhen MSU-BIT University is a Sino-foreign cooperative university established by the Shenzhen municipal people's government, Beijing Institute of Technology and Lomonosov Moscow State University. 

The university is the first Chinese-foreign cooperative university to introduce Russian quality education resources. It aims to build a unique world-class international comprehensive research university and is committed to conducting elite education and high-level research and innovation activities.

It offers undergraduate, master's and doctoral level education and non-degree education. It is taught in three languages: Chinese, Russian and English. Students can get two diplomas from Moscow University and Shenzhen MSU-BIT University. 

The university now offers five undergraduate majors in international economics and trade, foreign languages and literatures (Russian), mathematics and applied mathematics, materials science and engineering, and biological sciences. The master's degree program offers three majors: nano biotechnology and foundations, system ecology, and Russian language and literature. 

The university recruits Chinese students and international students from Russia, Central Asia and Eastern Europe. It also undertakes cultural exchanges between the East and the West, and is establishing a platform for high education exchanges and cooperation between China and the world, and cultural exchanges in science and technology education with countries involved in  the Belt and Road Initiative.

The university conducts teaching and research activities in the superior disciplines of Moscow University and Beijing Institute of Technology. It also places emphasis on science and engineering in disciplines, and pursues cooperation between China and Russia in culture, education, science and technology.
