This year's flower festival includes the winter jasmine, the cherry blossom, the rape flower, the drunken flower, and much more. There are also vegetable gardens and wonderful natural scenery for visitors to explore. The festival is also located close to Dapeng Fortress, an ancient town which has been in existence for more than 600 years.

The 5th Flower Festival is divided into four parts: flower appreciation, lanterns viewing, sightseeing, and gourmet cuisine tasting. In addition to the multiple flower-themed scenic spots, people can find food streets, amusement park, and other entertainment venues as well.
