Qianxinan Bouyei and Miao autonomous prefecture, Southwest China's Guizhou province, made the list of 2018 Top 80 Spring Cities in the World, released by the China (HK) Institute of City Competitiveness (CICC) recently.

The list uses an evaluation system that takes into account forest coverage, scenery, and weather. Other indicators include tourism resources, living environment and leisure.

Due to its mild climate and fresh summer air, Qianxinan was selected as a Chinese summer paradise by CICC in May, while Wanfenglin in Xinyi city, Qianxinan, was selected as one of the most famous summer resorts.

Karst landforms endow Qianxinan with magnificent natural scenery. The region has three national parks, seven provincial parks, four provincial natural reserves and 50 other scenic spots.

In addition to the natural scenery, tourists can also learn about gold mining and smelting, hydroelectric power generation, liquor processing, biopharmaceuticals and the coal chemical industry, as Qianxinan is an industrial center of Southwest China.

Its unique location and climate make Qianxinan a wonderful place to live and visit. Qianxinan welcomes every tourist looking to pay a visit.
