5. Penglai Old Ships Museum

The Penglai Old Ships Museum is located in Penglai Pavilion Scenic Area in Yantai. It features unearthed ships of ancient times. The museum displays four ancient ships of the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties.

It uses various artistic ways like sculpture, murals, models, scene reconstructions and multimedia such as videos, light and electronics to present the ships'original appearance.
