Penalties for acts of coercing or inducing another person to beg

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who commits the acts of coercing, inducing or using another person to go begging shall be imposed on a detention of not less than ten days but not more than fifteen days and may, in addition a fine of not more than 1000 Yuan.

Any person who continually pesters, forcibly begs or begs by other irritating means before another person shall be imposed on a detention of not more than five days or be given a warning.
