Penalties for disrupting radio business

According to provisions of Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, any person who in violation of laws in China, intentionally disrupts the normal operation of the radio business, or conducts harmful interference with the normal operation of radio stations, and refuses to take effective measures to eliminate such interference after the relevant authority asked him to do so, shall be imposed on of a detention of not less than five days but not more than ten days; if the circumstances are serious, a detention of not less than ten days but not more than fifteen days will be imposed on.
