Ways for victims to protect the rights and interests in accordance of law where raised animals disturbing the daily life of another person

According to the provisions of the Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security, a person who raises animals, which disturbs the daily life of another person, shall be given a warning; if he fails to make amends after the warning is given, or lets his animals scare another person, he shall be imposed on a fine of not less than 200 Yuan but not more than 500 Yuan. A person who unleashes his animals to hurt another person shall be imposed on a detention of not less than five days but not more than ten days, and in addition a fine of not less than 200 Yuan but not more than 500 Yuan; if the circumstances are relatively light, he shall be imposed on a detention of not more than five days or a fine of not more than 500 Yuan.
