Provisions on the application of relatives and guardians of foreign criminal to meet foreign criminals

Where the Chinese relatives or guardians of a foreign criminal request to meet the foreign criminal for the first time, they shall submit a written application to the prison administration of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, and at the same time submit the identity and a certificate for relationship with the person they request to meet. Where relatives or guardians of a foreign criminal request to meet the foreign criminal again, they can directly apply to the prison.
