Hua'an International ROK Town

Located in the Jinshan bay area, Hua'an International ROK Town was approved in 2012. It was designed to cover 10 functions including tourism, modern logistics, culture industries, insurance, education and aged care, with South Korean characteristics.
With investment of 28.8 billion yuan ($4.4 billion), the first phase of the plan includes 3.48 million square meters of construction.
The project has signed contracts with Samsung Everland, Lotte World Adventure and CJ Theaters and started construction in 2016.
